SMS Program Disclosure
This page describes every way a person can agree to receive text messages from GoodLeed (GOODLEEDS LLC), what those messages contain, and how to stop them. It exists so that anyone — including mobile carriers reviewing our messaging program — can see the full consent experience in one place.
What we send
- Service and conversational messages — replies to inquiries submitted through our website, and, for clients, onboarding steps, demo and appointment scheduling, and answers to support requests.
- Marketing messages — occasional offers and promotions for GoodLeed's own services (website builds, local SEO, Google Ads management, review generation, and our CRM), sent only to people with recorded marketing consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We never use purchased, rented, or third-party lists, and we do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How marketing consent is given
1. The scorecard form. On goodleed.com/scorecard, beneath the contact fields, this optional box appears. It is unchecked by default, it is not required to submit the form, and the scorecard is emailed whether or not it is ticked. This is exactly how it appears on the live form:

Optional, and not needed to get your scorecard. We email your scorecard either way. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
2. Direct permission from an existing client. When a client asks us directly — by phone, by email, or in person — to text them offers, a GoodLeed staff member asks for permission using this script, and records the consent with a date stamp on the client's contact record in our CRM:
"Would you like GoodLeed to text you occasional offers and updates at this number? Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help."
Our sending software refuses to send a text to any contact whose record has no consent date stamp, so this rule is enforced in code, not just by policy.
How conversational consent is given
The contact form and chat widget on this site collect a phone number so a real person can respond to the request. Beneath the form, before the send button, this disclosure appears:

Submitting that form never signs anyone up for marketing texts. Those numbers receive replies about the request itself, nothing more, unless the person separately gives marketing consent as described above.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any GoodLeed text and you will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP, or email hello@goodleed.com, for assistance.
