GoodLeed ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, address, and details about your service request.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, provide customer service, and send you related follow-ups. We use it only to serve you.

SMS / text messaging

We send two kinds of text messages, and both need your permission. The full program disclosure lives at goodleed.com/sms.

Messages about your request or your service. If you give us your number through a form or our website chat and ask us to get back to you, we may text you to answer that request. If you become a client, we may also text you about your own account: onboarding steps, scheduling demos and appointments, and replies to questions you send us. These messages are about your request or your service, never promotions.

Marketing messages. We send marketing texts (offers and promotions) only to people who separately agreed to them: by ticking the optional marketing SMS box on our scorecard form, or by giving us direct permission that a staff member records, with a date stamp, on their contact record. Marketing consent is asked for on its own, is never bundled into any other agreement, and is never a condition of getting your scorecard or of buying anything from us. Ticking the box is not how you get your scorecard: we email that either way.

For both kinds: message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS consent, or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our messaging and scheduling tools), and only as needed to serve you.
